This outstanding small wooden ornamental tiger's head has travelled all the way from Northern India. Referencing Indian folk art, these iconic display pieces were hand-carved and handpainted many decades ago.

Today, imagine a 'wild' tiger's head wall-mounted or simply displayed on a countertop or shelf. A great conversation piece for the home or retail environment.

Don't you just love the character and authentic patina?

Historically, the tiger - an alpha predator - is seen as a symbol of power and strength. Originally this recently-sourced collection of tiger heads would have been used to portray strength and vitality wherever displayed.

Wooden Tiger's Head (Small) size: W21cm x D23cm x H18cm (the Tiger's Head is mounted on a 18cm x 18cm plinth). These are approximate sizes.
