This authentic large antique deeds box from late Victorian times. Different to the standard smaller deed box this one is larger and has internal compartments.

We estimate this piece is over 100-years old. Made by Clark and Beatson, 124 Princess Street, Edinburgh. t's surface texture has a wonderful distressing which taken decades to evolve. The hand-painted golden graphics on the front hinging panel is an iconic visual feature making this item an excellent mini chest for your personal treasures.
