    A wonderfully authentic antique wood box with a pivoting lid and a stunning rustic appeal.

    Originally this piece was a spice box from Northern India. Today it would make an innovative jewellery box...or storage box for your personal treasures.

    You’ll see from the photos, time has given this piece a unique vintage patina and surface finish that can never be copied.

    Without a doubt, this a lovely statement piece.

    This is an authentic antique item and not made to look old. Decades of use has resulted in multiple small marks and scratches which are consistent with their age and original use. These add to its character and appeal.

    Furniture delivery (UK only):

    Orders for furniture & some of our larger home accents ranges are usually despatched in five working days. Deliveries can take up to two working days to arrive once despatched.
    Couriers require a signature on delivery of your order and where a signature is not provided the courier will hold the package and a card detailing how to arrange re-delivery will be left.
    We can only deliver on weekdays, should you require delivery on Saturday please contact us for a price.
    Larger items or fragile or pieces of furniture weighing over 30kg may take up to seven working days to despatch and a further five working days to be delivered.
