SOLD Old faded blue money box with a money slot. The box was originally painted blue, over time the blue has faded, leaving a light baby blue finish, which is more visible on the inside. Two small compartments in a removable tray.

Indian merchants, shop keepers and families would have originally used these authentic vintage wooden boxes and money boxes for keeping cash, valuables, notes and records. Each differs in size, style, finish and the number of compartments they contain

We also have antique and new brass padlocks available to complement our antique wooden boxes and moneyboxes.
