SOLD Vintage wooden stationery box with a covered compartment and recessed brass edging.

Our hardwood chests and trunks are unusual and each differs in size, style, finish and the number of compartments inside them.
These distinctive old chests would make beautiful jewellery or memory boxes or a great place to put your valuables.
They would make a great feature in a living room, bedroom or in a study.

Indian merchants would have originally used these authentic old wooden chests for keeping money, valuables, notes and records.

We also have antique brass padlocks available to complement our old wooden chests and trunks.

Due to their size/weight we are unable to accept orders for chests outside the UK.

Despatch is usually two working days after order is placed.

They may have small marks and scratches on them, which are consistent with their age and original use. We feel these add to their character and appeal.
