SOLD Small vintage wooden pen holder with a removable tray. The small tray would have been used for keeping fountain pens, whilst the two smaller compartments were for bottles of ink. The tray lifts to reveal a lower compartment. Ideal as an unusal jewellery box or cuff link box.

Indian merchants, shop keepers and families would have originally used these authentic vintage wooden chests for keeping cash, valuables, notes and records. Each differs in size, style, finish and the number of compartments they contain
