SOLD  Unusual old wooden stationery  / storage box with two rows of small compartments, a larger loer section and a fold down compartment in the roll down lid. This old box makes a perfect jewellery box or keepsake box..

Indian merchants or shopkeepers would have originally used these authentic old wooden chests for keeping cash, valuables, notes and records. Each differs in size, style, finish and the number of compartments they contain

We also have antique and new brass padlocks available to complement our antique wooden boxes and moneyboxes.
