SOLD Old wooden document storage box. The lid lifts to reveal a single large compartment with two removable dividers. This box was probably used to store documents.

Our hardwood chests and trunks are unusual and each differs in size, style, finish and the number of compartments inside them.
These distinctive old chests would make beautiful jewellery or memory box or a great place to put your valuables.
They would make a great feature in a living room, bedroom or in a study.

Indian merchants would have originally used these authentic old wooden chests for keeping money, valuables, notes and records.

We also have antique brass padlocks available to complement our old wooden chests and trunks.
