Product Information for Old Stationery Box 940

SOLD   Old wooden stationery chest with brass hasp and staple. The lid lifts to reveal a top level with three long narrow compartments and a large main compartment.

Our hardwood chests and trunks are unusual and each differs in size, style, finish and the number of compartments inside them.
These distinctive old chests would make beautiful jewellery or memory boxes or a great place to put your valuables.

Indian merchants would have originally used these authentic old wooden chests for keeping money, valuables, notes and records.

We also have antique brass padlocks available to complement our old wooden chests and trunks.
