SOLD Old faded turquoise wooden pot, which would have probably been used by food merchants, at markets, to measure quantities of grains such as corn, lentils and rice. This piece is part of a limited exclusive collection of ten measuring pots.
Each pot has been uniquely hand carved and finished with intricate carving round the outside of the vessel making each pot different to the others in our collection.

Our wooden pots make great dried flower pots and storage pots. They are so unique and striking they could simply be displayed as a striking piece of tribal art.

No two pieces are the same.

Note: These are authentic old hand carved wooden measuring pots. They may have small marks, imperfections, variations in colour, which are consistent with their age and original use. We feel these add to their appeal and character. In some cases they may show signs of having been repaired, which is not uncommon for this style of wooden bowl.
