Product Information for Tikka Pot 906

SOLD These wonderful colourful pots come from India.
They would have been filled with a coloured tikka powder, usually red. Many still contain traces of red, orange and pink tikka powder. Tikka is the spot where Indian Hindus place a smudge, dot or line on the forehead. It is often used to greet visitors to a home and auspicious occasions.

Tikka pot size: 6cm x 9 (2" x 4")

Note: These are original Indian tikka pots. They are not new or made to look old. They may have small marks and some variation in colour, which are consistent with their age and original use.
