Product Information for Old School Chairs (Pair)

Original old school chairs from the 1970s. Wonderful children's vintage plywood and metal stacking school chairs, a design classic. Limited run of just 16 school chairs.
These are larger school chairs and may be suitable for adults too!
Great for a child's bedroom, play area or craft table, or add to a lonely corner of your family room that's in need of some charm that only the 70s can bring.
These also are a great start for upcycling with vinyl decals, paint or for altered art.

The condition of each chair varies, but they are all in sturdy and fabulous sitting condition.
Each chair is constructed from a metal frame, was was painted a light grey and has a varnished plywood seat and back.
There are various surface scratches on the frames, seats and backs. They do not jeopardize the build of the chair in any way. They have all been scrubbed and cleaned and are ready for shipping to your home.

Note: There is some colour variation to these chairs. Where possible we will try to send sets as similar colours. Our old and vintage school chairs are not new or made to look old. They may have small marks and scratches on them, which are consistent with their age and original use. We feel these add to their character and appeal.
